
Why do I hug a tree ?
Tree hugging is one of my favourite hiking rituals.
It is known to have a myriad of benefits on human health and wellbeing.
The first thing that I enjoy while hugging a tree, is the energy exchange. It feels good to bask in the tree's vibrational essence.
Moreover, it is recognized to reduce stress, improve immunity and contribute to blood pressure regulation.
Such a natural way to maintain well-being.
